Matcha Chia Pudding
Don't you love delicious, healthy recipes that take five minutes to make? Us too!
We found this recipe on Vanilla and Bean's website and slightly modified it by using honey instead of maple syrup. If you need a quick snack or dessert option for the holidays, this is a perfect option!
I copied our modified recipe below, but click on Vanilla and Bean above for the original!
Ingredients
- 1 C non-dairy milk (I used hemp milk!)
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1/4 C Chia Seeds
Instructions
1. In a lidded container, add milk, honey, Matcha and chia seeds. Shake vigorously to mix throughly. Allow to sit 10 minutes, shake jar again so the chia seeds don't stick together, then allow to set at least an hour and a half before serving.
2. When ready to eat, top with desired fruit and/or other superfoods.
3. Chia pudding can be stored in a lidded container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
